An 82-Year-Old Man Sang Drowning Pool’s “Bodies” on “America’s Got Talent”

On last night’s “America’s Got Talent”, it wasn’t even close. The highlight was 82-year-old John Hetlinger . . . a former Navy pilot and aerospace engineer who worked on the Hubble telescope.

John wanted to sing. But not Sinatra or Mel Torme. This guy is METAL, and he chose DROWNING POOL’s “Bodies”. It was pretty righteous.

The judges LOVED it. Well, three of them did.

Heidi Klum said no, but he got yesses from Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Mel B.

John has been singing “Bodies” at karaoke for at least a few years. There’s a video on YouTube of him doing it back in 2014.
